We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time. “Property was extremely quiet and everyone very friendly. Breakfast is very basic but good. There is an restaurant on site with amazing food (not part of the hotel). We were about 10-15 min from Peniche beaches and Fort. Woke up with birds singing, worth the stay. We were here for 2 nights only. ”

“The owner Susana was really friendly and helpful, the room is a 10/10 and also the pool & outside area is beautiful and perfect to relax. The only improvable thing is that the door is poorly soundproofed. All in all i would really recommend the Pata da Gaivota Boutique House :)”

“Very nice beach front hotel, nice staff and great location.”

“This was a great little spot for my initial visit to Portugal. Centrally located, super clean, excellent customer service. I did not opt for the breakfast option so I can’t speak to that, but I did appreciate how sweet the breakfast area was, and all of the variety of options available to those who might choose them. Everyone with whom I came in contact was polite and respectful and helpful, impressively so. I would definitely visit again, however, I would ask for a room on the top floor……

“We sat in the dining room talking and drinking (what I considered to be a really good) complimentary Porto until after midnight. The building itself is straight out of another era with thick walls of rock but still with all the amenities you would want. This was the best stay I’ve had in Portugal so far. ”

“Just returned from 8 days at the hotel with my wife and two older teenagers. The hotel was excellent all round. The location was picture postcard stuff, the rooms spacious, comfortable and quiet. It was a great location to explore the area with Obidos being our highlight for evening dinner options.
