阿比林阿比林市中心酒店住宿推介

「Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family...

「The hotel was located in a good central area. It was clean, and we felt safe. Our room was also clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not as good as we hoped it would have been: bagels, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, and the cheap-tasting link sausage (sliced). We were very disappointed that the pool was closed. We were told our key would allow us to enter The Hampton's pool. The Hampton was across the parking lot, but we didn't feel comfortable doing that.」

「I did not receive a refund of my deposit」

「Very clean rooms and a quiet hotel.」

「nice hotel smelled clean when you walk in the front desk was very friendly and helpful」

「Older worn hotel near ACU. Breakfast ok. NO HOT WATER!」

「Enthusiastic and professional, very good experience.」

「Extremely slow check in. The bathtub had no cover on the tub overflow (disgusting!), no sink stopper, no cover for the vent on the ceiling and it was full of dust, stain on the comforter, dirty walls and floor edges. We will not stay here again.」

「Loved that breakfast was provided as well as a pool although I didn’t use the pool. Only complaint was the noise the AC made. It rattles a little in the middle of the night one night, otherwise the stay was fantastic.」
