「Loved that my room was in the main house. My room was small but it faced the garden where I could watch birds and squirls. Missed the hedgehogs. 「We had issues checking in and when we rang the customer helpline number, the AI "phone operator" was awful. After 7 minutes of going round in circles, I asked to speak to an agent. Unfortunately they weren't much more helpful, as they didn't seem to understand most of what I was saying. Once we finally got in, we had to climb 2 very narrow, steep flights of stairs to get to our room. Sadly things continued to go downhill from there.
