Nice little hotel stay with all amenities

The dinner in the restaurant was outstanding, so I had high hopes for the breakfast which was a bit of a let down. The hotel itself is comfortable but could do with a lick of paint, the bedroom smelt a little damp but it was cute. I'd visit again if I was in the area still.

Hotel full of character and comfort

Great stay with great service from all staff in hotel and in restaurant. The room had great character as did the whole building, so pleased places like this still exist. Will continue to return here going forward.

The room was great ,breakfast good and the staff great. Only issue was the paint on bathroomceiling was coming away due to leak or damp needed attention.enjoyed stay lots of resturants ,cafes and bars in area all in walking distance .river walks very close.

Nice straff. Superbly cooked breakfast! Lots of stairs to get to the room. Bathroom smelled a bit mouldy but was very clean. So was the rest of our room.

Beautiful building with tremendous character . Staff very pleasant and helpful . Car parking can be problematic because of the way people thoughtlessly park . It would be useful if registration numbers are taken during booking in to avoid being blocked in . Some parts of the building would benefit from a lick of paint and carpets are tired . Breakfast outstanding x
