「Great little house on the bayou.」

「Delightful bed and breakfast venue. Real Southern charm and Lynn (the owner) was a fantastic host. Far exceeded our expectations and genuinely wished we could have stayed longer.」

「We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The cottage was cozy, very clean, and only a few blocks from downtown. The private deck was a nice touch. If we’d come back this way we would definitely stay again. The host and management were easy to communicate with and messaged a few times to make sure all was well.」

「The roaches were definitely a major turn off. Secondly, the AC unit is grossly insufficient to maintain comfort in humid Louisiana weather. Lastly, the keypad lock was cumbersome. The wifi signal is strong and location is centrally convenient.」

「House was just as described. Host was very responsive when I had trouble making a same day reservation and was able to find a workaround for the problem.」

「Good」

「Cajun Perfection! That's how I would describe this lovely rental. It is actually even nicer in person than in the photos. Mr. Michael and Mrs. Donna greeted us upon our arrival and they were so gracious and welcoming. The inside of the rental, behind the owners home, looks like a brand new build. Everything was clean, beautiful and comfortable, particularly the King size bed! The kitchen had everything you need for a long weekend, although we didn't cook because there are just too many...

「Perfect!」

「Property was a storage shed converted into a bedroom. Bathroom did not have walls going to the ceiling, ie NO privacy.. The bed was short and the mattress was thin and lumpy. Some type of incense or perfume odor was overwhelming in the small space. We departed as soon as we could.」

「The cottages were perfect for our family stay in Lafayette for my grandmother’s 99th birthday celebration.」

「Amazing stay! We visit family from out of state a couple times a year and I am so happy we found this property. The house is beautiful! Perfect place for our family. The house is Close to everything, but feels so secluded and private with how big the property is. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the this house! The back yard had a play set and tire swing my kids loved! The beds were so comfy; and on top of it all, the responsiveness of the owner was so quick. Such a cute perfect home for a...

「Stayed in guest house with friends who rented main house. Perfect for large groups!! Plenty of parking. Lots of amenities to keep the kids busy. Master bedroom was large, as were two other bedrooms. Bathroom was on the smaller side but not uncomfortable. We primarily ate with friends in the main house so we didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked.」

「Highly recommend. Really enjoyed our stay.」

「Very easy to get ahold of. Communication was pretty quickly. The house wasn’t the cleanest. It’s Louisiana so bugs were a constant burden. Right next to downtown and is a good little spot to get for large events. Bed and couches were super cozy. Kitchen is a lot larger than you would expect. Overall had a good experience. I would stay here again.」

「It was nice and quiet.」
