"Clean rooms "

"The building has obviously been updated and looks nice. A definite language barrier with customer and staff- we asked about a AAA discount and front desk person had no idea what we were asking- also came down for coffee at 6:15am and asked about it-I personally had no idea what she said- I realize I am from northern Minnesota - maybe she didn’t know what I was asking but i certainly had no idea what she was saying- I guess i also feel that at check in the staff should know what discounts are available-senior citizen, AAA,ARP ?"

"Room was dirty upon checking in. Stains on couch. Hair strains everywhere. They gave us dirty towels with stains and hair strains. The mirror was dirty with finger and palm prints. The dishes on the shelf were wet. Just filthy. I do not recommend staying here. "

"Property was very clean,staff was friendly and the room was very clean and was smelling so good I’ll stay here anytime "

"I stay here every time we have a baseball tournament in Broussard. It’s a great hotel. The staff is amazing. The young lady at the front desk always remembers my name. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else."
