El personal es muy atento y amable. Los restaurantes son muy buenos, buen sazón y buena atención. Quizá les falta variedad en el bufet. Fue placentera nuestra estancia, sin embargo, el clima en nuestra habitación no mantenía la temperatura que deseábamos a pesar de que solicitamos lo revisaran, el baño necesita de un mantenimiento con respecto a la cadena, puesto que condiciona una posible fuga de agua. Pero en realidad son cosas simples de mantenimiento que de nuestra estancia no género molestias mayores, solo la primer noche con mucho calor, por el resto mi familia lo disfruto mucho!

Horrible olor a humedad en el cuarto. Y no sé qué les ha dado a los arquitectos por poner puertas de vidrio en los baños (aunque sean opacos por partes). Y tienen una cortinita llena de hongos para dar más "privacidad". El buffet de desayuno está bueno. Las instalaciones exteriores, buenas. Las albercas muy limpias.

El hotel se encuentra en buenas condiciones, la habitación en la que nos quedamos estaba muy cómoda y limpia, las albercas están en perfecto estado y el club de playa que tiene el hotel está en buenas condiciones
