As a Watermen the property is in an ideal location with the best surf in Diamante. I own beach house six hours south of Acapulco in Puerto Escondido and another one four hours north in Troncones. I like to stay here to break up the long drive. I have stayed here now four different times and love it. The staff is excellent so no reason to go anywhere else.

It was our Honeymoon and everything was perfecto, with 1 excemption, my golf cap was taken by someone at the pool AND dissapear. Talk to Janna and She was It was nowhere to be found

Food was very limited and really bad. My wife got sick eating shrimp at beach level restaurant. By far, nothing close to previous experiences in other Quinta Real Hotels. Not recommended at all.

This is a premier hotel. As far as beachfront lodges go, it would be hard to compete with Quinta. The staff, on the whole, are terrific. And the accommodations tremendous! BUT, there are a few things to be aware of…. The restaurant is VERY EXPENSIVE. We (two) had a total of five meals over three days, and it cost me over $750. I don’t know how that’s possible, except that I did not pay sufficient attention to the pricing in pesos. It would benefit the international traveler to ensure all menus contain $ listings, instead of only displaying peso prices. It’s a tourist getaway, so there is obviously no hesitation to charge exorbitantly. I’m still astounded by the amounts. Another thing to consider… the hotel does not have easy access. The heavy security apparatus makes coming and going a challenge. If you’re traveling by taxi, it can be an aggravation. I would rent a car if I had it to do over again. There was one incident with a guest in the suite above playing excessively loud music, apparently preferring to party rather than enjoy the surf side experience. I complained to the front desk, and fortunately the matter was resolved within an hour. The main thing to bear in mind is, Quinta is not within easy walking distance to common services, like grocery stores, restaurants and malls. Be prepared to spend on transportation if you’re planning to go out and visit places in Acapulco. But if your objective is a relaxing seaside stay, there is possibly no better place in Acapulco.

Hermoso una ubicación única solo recomendaría mejorar en los alimentos, no están ricos como esperábamos pedimos a la habitación , no fuimos a sus restaurantes ya que amigos nos han dicho que no son ricos . Si mejoraran en esto sería fantástico poder hacer todos nuestros alimentos ahí y no salir El personal es atento amable y siempre buscando agradar al huésped eso lo felicito muy cho un reconocimiento para todos desde la recepción Gracias

Bueno el hotel está ubicado en una zona privilegiada en un risco muy bonito y está un poco aislado del resto de la playa donde está toda la gente entonces tiene una playa privada hermosa. El hotel tiene un excelente servicio todo el personal está conectado con hacer una buena experiencia para sus clientes. En el tema de mantenimiento tiene varias áreas de oportunidad por ejemplo en la zona de la alberca que por cierto es muy bonita los camastros y las sombrillas ya están viejos y eso demerita la imagen del hotel. Así mismo los elevadores también necesitan un cambio porque son viejos y no dan muy buen aspecto. Las habitaciones son maravillosas las camas y la ropa de cama están en excelente condición lo único que podría criticar de la habitación es el tema de las toallas las cuales podrían estar mucho mejor de lo que están

Buena ubicación, lugar tranquilo y diversas opciones para relajarse dentro del hotel, excelente atención de todo el personal, buena proporción precio/calidad, lo único que podrían mejorar es la higiene en la habitación, ya que al recoger un objeto del suelo, notamos que debajo de los muebles estaba algo sucio.
