“I would suggest you clearly explain about the setup. Although I have no issues, if someone was not as nimble as I, it should be clearly explained about the 2 sets of stairs, plus upstairs bathroom. If anyone needed a walker or whatever that would not have worked well. The kitchen worked very well for what I needed.”

“If you want to just feel comfortable and at home this is what you will get. Everything you need without the same ole same ole of a hotel. Everything you need... Spacious, homey, plain Jane and comfy. Super clean with a home away from home feel. Stocked kitchen, plenty of assorted coffees and teas. If you don't need over the top fancy this place is perfect. We even stayed an extra night. Great Internet and super nice flat screens to kick back and relax after exploring the area. Great host, great……

“I grew up in the area and was looking for a spot near family but still convenient to all our favorite spots, the Southern Maine Shore points and Conway New Hampshire and the White Mountains. This fit the bill and we enjoyed our time. You will be driving down a dirt road, but it is well maintained. The property is comfortable and clean, the views are great, and the hosts are awesome! They had wine bottles available for purchase, which we did. They were also super helpful in setting up the grill……

“This condo was perfect for our family. The pictures and listing were exactly how we found it. There were plenty of pillows, linens and dishes to meet our needs. There was even a hairdryer and first aid kit in the bathroom! The property was clean and quiet. One thing we were disappointed about was that the clubhouse was not open so we did not have access to the pool table or computers. Overall this is a great place to stay and we would definitely go back!”

“The appartment was ok, a bit old. The table was broken, the kitchen equipment was not complete. Pool was nice and especially all nearest beaches. Ideal for kids to swim. ”

“Great location on Route 1. Numerous beaches, nature preserves, shops/restaurants within 1-3 miles. We brought 2 little kids and they loved the pool. The pool was a big highlight. Great placeto enjoy the local spots and come back to relax and unwind.”

“This is the cutest apartment ever with very warm and inviting decor! Gesine really thought of everything for the lotus. This place was so cozy and peaceful! The hot tub was an awesome bonus!! The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the adorable deck for our low key mornings and a hot cup of coffee!! We had everything we needed for our stay thanks to Gesine. And she was always available for questions and was readily available for our needs. Thanks again Gesine, we will definitely be back……
