“We found this hotel to be very clean in every aspect. We witnessed the front lobby floors were washed four times in our short one night stay. The lobby desk staff were very cordial and professional. The hotel shuttle to the Ball game at Truist park was very efficient. There was some construction on one entrance road to the hotel , so our navigation system was messed up trying to find the entrance. We had a great time and would love to go back . ”

“This motel needs to be shut down and renovated. The place had a really bad bug problem. I wasn’t even able to stay my visit because I have an infant and was not comfortable with him there. Also they had no concern or cared why I was checking out early. All the lady had to say was he don’t do refunds. ”

“Lady at checking was very rude. Not just to me but others while I waited to check in and when we went in to ask questions. They shorted us one day. Made reservations but they were closed on day of check in so we came in next day. But they had us checkout the original reservation checkout even though I had to pay for a week. Also shower was dripping at checkin and I told them but was never fixed. Bathroom was like a sauna due to hot water dripping for 6 days straight. Started having……

“This lake house was the perfect area to have fun with grandkids on lake allatoona. Own was very pleasant. Beautiful house and well equipped. Will definitely come again.”
