「The rooms are always clean, good location, overall the staff will work with you and try to accommodate you. They’re quick to respond via email. I use my laptop for work and the wifi is really fast and never has issues. The only thing I’d mention is the hot water rarely works, it gets lukewarm for a couple minutes and then straight to cold. Other than that, I love staying here and absolutely would recommend to friends or family.」

「The entire 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite was dated but we loved it! The rooms were clean, kitchen was clean and bathrooms were clean. There were a few random treasures left from previous people’s stays. The pool was great and a fantastic treat in the cold! The location was away from the Main Street of Helen but it was also an easy walk to get to all the activities. The drive up and down the resort was roughly 16 to 18 degree grade.
