“We live staying at the Renegade, it’s such a beautiful hotel”

“I didn't really care that there was no 1st floor availability, and there was no elevator for handicapped. Only stairwells, other than that. Everything was okay.”

“The wonderful Sandbar closing at 9:50 on a Saturday night seems like a definite miss on an otherwise perfect stay.”

“It was a very beautiful facility. I like the amenities of the room and it was comfortable. The room could have been cleaner, I am a stickler for that. I found dirty knife in the knife rack. The factory next door was noisy, if I come back I know what side of hotel to not stay on.”

“We stayed at 500 on our wedding night. We did not arrive until after 10:00 pm. When we arrived in our room, there was a bootle of champagne on ice and a basket of goodies waiting for us, along with a personal note from the staff. Our in room brunch the next morning was fantastic. Even though we were only there for one night everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team at the 500.”

“We love the sister hotel in walla walla do we decided to give the sparrow a try. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The hotel wasn’t super clean, our bathroom was dirty and the hallway smelled of strong air freshener covering up pet accidents, lots of stains on the carpet. It’s a great location walkable to everything downtown and the coffee shop was amazing.”

“We really loved the location. We were able to park the car and walk around downtown Boise. There are a lot of restaurants and bars with in walking distance.”

“We never stayed at Urban Suites Hotel, apparently they could not find our reservations, their system could not see our name. We told him we were leaving and We left with no where to stay for 5 days. We went to my daughter's home and searched for another hotel. We ended up paying more since it was last minute. Urban Suites had a horrible smell of stale cigarette smoke and the indoor pool was out of order for another 2 weeks according to front desk. He just said "sorry" no explanation as to how……

“The Hampton Inn & Suites downtown is accessible to cafes, restaurants, arts, and outdoors! We loved our stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was great! Fitness room also. A laundry room is also available. Parking was easy for an additional $20 a day.”

“The room was clean when we arrived it was big enough for all of us the pool was a plus for the kids and enjoy while we was there for 3 days. The housekeepers for room services wasn't the best cleaners when ask to have the room serviced for the day. When we came back to the room was as I asked except the floor wasn't done correctly and the shelfs wasn't cleaned other then that enjoyed our stay”
