“We loved our stay. We had plenty of space to enjoy time together. We played games, walked the trails, and enjoyed the beautiful nearby park with a walking bridge over the river. We had 6 in our group. Two of us slept outside in a tent. If you have more than 6 people, you might run low on dishes and towels. But, for six of us, it was perfect. Just make sure you realize there are only places in beds for four bodies. :) The listing says this, but it could be easy to miss since it is listed as a……

“It was a great spot for a quick weekend getaway with friends. My husband loved the minimalist vibe and was glad to have air conditioners in each room. The beds were firm, the pillows were comfortable, and the sheets were smooth. We loved the balcony. ”

“The house is charming and very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the laundry was very nice. There were 3 of us, so a small table and chairs would be a nice addition when there are more than 2 people. Thank you for the easy check-in. The water in the fridge was appreciated and we were happy to replace what we used. ”

“The house was lovely, located in a great location right on the lake. Easy entry, very clean and they had everything I needed. All cabinets, drawers, etc were labeled so I had no problems finding what I needed. Didn’t take any boats out or go on the water, but I did fish from the dock. Neighbors were very nice. Overall, 5 stars, I would definitely go back.”

“This place was perfect for a last minute stay in Grand Rapids. The property is cute inside, as well as being very clean and updated. It is definitely cozy, but for my husband and I, it was a perfect size. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are definitely something to be aware of. We brought our senior dog and I had just planned on carrying her, so it wasn’t a big deal for us, but if you have bad knees or older dogs, be aware. :) Stephanie was very communicative and friendly. “First time booking a Vrbo! Stressed in the beginning about when or how to check in not realizing at the time it’s normal to get that information just hours before! Worked out great for the group size we had (7 Adults). Parking was tight, but manageable, A/C units in most of the rooms was huge with it being 90 all weekend, everything worked and was clean! Wasn’t fancy, but it got the job done with being in a great location with what we had planned! I would recommend and book again! ”

“Lots of space at this very convenient location. The host, Michael, was very responsive with all communication. Well appointed kitchen, and 4 bedrooms to choose from. We stayed with another couple, and they, too, were very pleased. My only complaint: I find stairs difficult to negotiate, so a TV on the main floor would be great, rather than on the lower level.”
