“The room wasn't properly cleaned. There was mold/ mildew along the entire bottom of shower curtain. The TV remotes were absolutely filthy & gross with lots of gunk around & on buttons. The ceiling tiles were 75% falling down, you could actually see between the ceiling squares & the space above it with "stuff ??" hanging In there. There were scratches & many repair spots on walls. The sheets I'm not even sure were clean, but was too tired to walk down & up the 600 steep stairs again, but they……

“During our stay, we had marijuana pumping through the vent into our room. This was super disturbing and really strong. I went to the front desk and they were spraying febreeze in the air on their floor to neutralize the smell. It was so bad on our floor. They gave me febreeze to spray in our room and said I’m over it. Take it! It continued to smell in our hallway the following day. Nothing was done to compensate for this horrible experience!”

“The location of the hot tub is located so privately that I could not use it the last night I was there, because a couple was in it and having intercourse on the stairs. Apparently they did not care that it was also surrounded by windows. The staff handled but seriously not cool. ”
