Worst hotel I’ve ever been too. I travel for work and for the 500 hotels I’ve ever had to stay at, I’ve never had to leave a hotel until this one. -advertised continental breakfast and pool and had neither. Whole hotel was under renovations and was stated no where. Our towels in our room had fake eyelashes all over them, went to the main desk to ask for clean ones and the “clean ones” I got were covered in brown stains like someone just got done flossing in between their butt cheeks. The rooms were filthy and the hallways were under construction with no kind of blockade, very dangerous situations. I tried to ask for a refund and the lady at the counter kept saying that the manger was on a buisness call and I would have to wait a very long time. Mind you this was at 8:30pm. Do not got here. You will regret it.

Our room had no hot water, we upgraded to a suite and could not use the jacuzzi. There was neither any hot water to wash hands nor shower. When we contacted the front desk they told us we just needed to let the water run a little longer. The outlets didn’t work so we couldn’t charge our phones. I could continue to go on, no response from owner not happy at all

Upon check in, I was informed there was no breakfast service nor was the pool available. I was not happy but not a deal breaker. However when I open the door to my room there was an awful smell and stains on the bed covering. I immediately went back down and checked out.

Waited for a staff member after ringing the bell at the desk 20 or so times I finally called from the lobby someone then finally help check us in! Yes construction is happening but you could at least state that on your website for people traveling.

Pool and breakfast was advertised as included in price, no pool not a big deal, but there wasn't anywhere to get breakfast anywhere near the hotel. Really put us behind schedule not being able to get breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast was advertised as included in the room price!

Staff was great, unfortunately our room was freezing with a broken heater, so we ended up in a different room that was a different price (in the lower range), and had a different bed from what we reserved. I’d reserved a king size bed and ended up in a double queen room. And I know there’s a significant price difference, as I intentionally chose a king size room because that’s is what we have at home and what we are accustomed to. I did not want two queens for us to sleep separately or to share a smaller bed. The staff was great about accommodating us and adjusting things but unfortunately had no available rooms with king size beds so we ended up in the room we ended up in.

Room was old dated, curtains dirty, furniture old . Carpet had issues. Bed very very uncomfortable, slept sitting on couch. Construction also going on part of floor closed off, smoke alarm removed from room. Not even sure that legal.

Booked a whirlpool suite and the jets in the tub barely worked. The handles and spout for the tub were broken and it was hard to turn the water on. Had to request lightbulbs for one of the lamps because it wasn’t working. Upon check in learned the pool was out of order due to renovation which was not noted at booking or in an email at all. Lobby smelled like weed.

Web reservation said there was breakfast but there is not due to renovations. There was not even a sign saying no breakfast so we were surprised as it was not mentioned even there was a sign saying the pool was closed. The thermostats are very confusing. It was 62 in the room when we arrived and my traveling companion froze his rear end off where I have stayed before and I figured mine out. But the LCD panel on his was blank. I set mine at 79 because I have a cold and was chilled. By morning it finally got up to 65.

The listing for booking does not mention this property is under construction. There is no pool and no breakfast so if you want those amenities don't book this. The room itself was very fresh and clean. There is new bedding and towels. However they did not provide cleaning service and fresh towels daily. Despite me hanging the card on the door requesting the room be cleaned, there was no service. I asked at the front desk, so out of my 4 day stay, only one day they provided cleaning. If you enjoy hotel amenities this is not the place to stay, but the rooms ARE clean and fresh and once construction is completed I'm sure this will much nicer.
