"Took a bit to get the heat figured out. The breakfast isn't available until May, so we couldn't partake of that. The room was clean, but the tv kept showing a HiSense ad as we were watching. Not worth contacting front desk about. A cost effective spot to stay."

"We loved the space at the Grand Residence. We had space for our family of 5 to have separate beds. Our other family members were staying in The Grand and we could all meet every night at the hot tub. "

"The room met our expectations. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the village with easy access to everything including the ski hill. "

"The location was great. The bathroom door needs adjusting and the dishwasher needs securing better! The shelf under the microwave could be cut back, as well. Afraid I’d poke my eye or hit my head. "

"Ski in ski out was fine, a bit of walk in some spots but not so bad as I would even come back for lunch. Hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes. Really enjoyed our stay would return again, space was perfect for 8 of us"
