Boston Adams National Historic Park Hotels

"The hotel is outdated and dirty. There are no microwaves in the room. The paint is bubbling on the bathroom door. The bathrooms are extremely small. The breakfast was awful, scrambled eggs sitting in water, sausages raw. Both stays we were unable to eat the free breakfast. The staff is rude and interrupts when you're speaking. The signage leading to rooms 210-220 are non-existent so we needed to ask a non-english speaking employee to take us to where the rooms were which was difficult because she only spoke spanish. I will never book this hotel again."

"Hot tub wasn't working properly. No bubbles. I had to fix the toilet as the handle was loose. One side of the toaster is broken and only toasts one side of the bread. Other than that the breakfast was good. Liked how the parking lot on the side had a door that went right to the elevator."

"Bryant and the rest of the staff were amazing. The cleaning lady extremely friendly. I recommend this place for everyone looking tobstayvon a cozy and friendly hotel. The only thing I would have changed is for a better fitness room."

"I wish I wrote his name down, but the person at the front desk when I arrived was so beyond kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. My reservation did not come through. Since it was through a travel app, he offered ways that I could resolve it. He came by to ask if I wanted a glass of water as I worked through it. Above and beyond while working with other customers that had arrived."

"Hotel was and room were clean. The heat/ac on room worked well. It was quiet in our room even with all the holiday traffic. The staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was fresh and we enjoyed the options. The staff in restaurant were all very friendly as well. Be prepared to pay for parking per night of stay. It was a very pleasant stay and would probably book again."

"The common areas and gym were super clean, but seeing trash left out in the hallways all night was a letdown. It’s a nice spot, but they definitely need to stay on top of the hallway cleanup better."

"Overall good experience. It’s worth it for the price. Good location to stay between Boston and Providence which was our goal. My only suggestion would be to Not advertise free breakfast, more like free Coffee and Quaker Oats only. "
