「We found the home in clean condition and with comfortable furniture and beds. As mentioned in other reviews it sits on a busy highway and 2 of the bedrooms have street lights that shine in a bit. Location is convenient and overall it was a nice affordable stay」

「This VRBO was perfect for my family on a get away to a beautiful Kiawah. The beach is a safe 2 min walk along one of the trails. You cannot ask for closer. Apartment was well stocked with all you need, including beach chairs etc. Owner readily followed up on any queries. I want to book again!」

「Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and very nice and helpful hosts. Hosts answered all questions and inquiries promptly - provided recommendations for the area. The place is clean and roomy, comfy beds, lots of towels..and it is darling - modern and stylish. Easy parking. If you don't want to be right in the downtown of Charleston, this is a great central location. The hosts are very helpful and super friendly...feel more like a guest in their home than just "staying at a property" ....

「Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind.」

「This was the perfect getaway! The entire place was spotless and the features were amazing. The place was recently redone including the kitchen and bathrooms. The instructions for how to get to the condo were clear and allowed for a smooth check-in. The location was great, close to beaches and all the joys of Seabrook Island. 「The property was perfect for our short stay. The neighborhood might look scary, but we were never bothered by anyone and often saw children outside playing. Our pets did absolutely well in this little house and loved the fenced backyard. Although, we had hoped to be closer to Charleston the 20 minutes drive time was never an issue and we had no traffic problems. I would not have any issues staying at this property again.」
