"very clean hotel and good location every thing within walking distance very good staff in the reception specifically Efe and also all other hotel staff they were helpful room is big and bed was very comfortable all amenities are made available for guest comfort breakfast was excellent and parking is available in the under ground only one thing I noticed and that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not operating and I am sure it would be fixed for sure If I visit sakarya next time I will pick this hotel"

"This room smelled like someone had been holed up smoking in it for a month. We brought our luggage in. Opened the windows and it didn't get any better. We drove away. Found another hotel at a better price. New and nice. We went back and picked up our luggage and left. We contacted Hotel. Com. They contacted the hotel but they said it was too late for a credit. "

"Could have been better!! It was an expensive stay for what we got. The first day when we checked in there was no electricity and we were told that it won’t come another few hours. At night it went off again, luckily kids were sleeping and I don’t even know when it came back. Apparently they always have electricity problem so I think they really need to get a generator. The pool was cold and we wanted it to be heated which they said it could be only warm (not hot) in 3 hours so we didn’t wait and decided to see places in Sapanca. Buffet breakfast and the house was nice but there were things that could be improved such as renewing the sponge and cloths in the kitchen. "
