「Had a quick stop on the way to a hiking trip on the coast. We arrived late (a touch after 9), but the host was very good at communicating, and called personally to help with late check in instructions. We arrived to a very clean, pleasant room with a comfy bed. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again next time we're in the area.」

「We stayed in the Cranberry Room in the main inn, which was comfortable and spacious. The beds being across the large room from each other give a sense of individual space, ideal for friends traveling together. The bathroom with shower was small but adequate. 「We had a clean, spacious room with two large beds and a beautiful river view outside our sliding doors in back. The sheets were crisp and the bathroom was very clean, with plenty of hot water for our showers. The restaurant across the parking lot served an excellent dinner. The inn’s gift shop is a great bonus! We will certainly stay here again. 」

「My wife and I felt very lucky to have found The Miners Den which is a very new creation of a great proprietor who really cares about your experience.The hand built cabin is gently fitted to the landscape of balsam firs and hardwoods with a light touch.It reminded me of the few small cabins in the White Mountains you find along the trails.Everything you need less food is provided.For a couple in their sixties with a friendly dog we will be excited to get back there and see what’s happening.Oh...

「It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well.」
