“Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach. “Good location, easy walk into town. Spacious accommodation and the dog loved the garden. Good quality bedding. Toilet seat upstairs very loose, shower could be improved but otherwise very comfortable for our family get-together.”

“The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend.”

“Very disappointed when we first arrived looks like the decorating was done by a blind man all mix and match.the whole place needs a damn good clean thought we had moved into step toes yard .electrics unsafe bodged wiring .no wash basin shower area filthy .single mattresses hadn’t been checked stained and smelly (urine) whole floor area needs replacing due to bad fitting .patio doors were tapped and big lock and chain as the doors were broke .site manager unaware it has been rented out.they……

“Was great to have a last getaway before our second child arrived. It was easy for me to maneuver myself around the caravan, it was very clean and any questions were answered so quickly. The weather wasn't fantastic but it didn't stop us making many memories. My 8 year old was very happy with the stay too and enjoyed telling us what was in each cupboard and draw. Amazing value and an amazing area. The on site pub was great too and my son had his first ever game of pool there! Fantastic 🌟.”

“Great caravan on a nice quiet site. Good for dogs. Older caravan but perfect for what we wanted. Everything worked so no complaints. Have stayed in sister caravan on this site previously. Site has its on clubhouse that serve nice food and drinks and of course are very dog friendly. Close to beach and walk in to Mablethorpe. Would stay again.”
