“What a beautiful and great hotel. It is a little out of the way but there are regular buses and bus stops close buy. It was perfect for us. The buffet was stocked liberally each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 3 stations/chefs daily and fresh meat/roast area each day, you really couldn’t have asked for more, oh and a morning cava station. Definitely worth all inclusive. The entertainment daily was lovely, sitting out and watching the sunset was perfect. And the staff….well they were so……

“Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, restaurants, especially restaurant NUB. Dining here is an experience that we will remember for a very long time. We had an amazing time during our 9 days stay in the hotel. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly. “Pool was lovely, although not the best for kids. Towel service was nice, although sunbeds weren’t particularly well designed around the pool to enjoy from different areas. But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool. Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free. “This hotel is splendid. A world away from chaos outside. Adult only so immediately it is calm & relaxing. It’s clean well maintained. Excellent staff always willing to help. The poolside remains one of my favourites ever - there’s always beds and they are spaced out beautifully so you are not on your neighbours lap! “We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and has a fun, stylish atmosphere throughout. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming.
