GREAT PLACE

The apartment has everything you need for a great holiday.3 good size bedrooms with plenty of storage space and hangers a well equiped kitchen with everything you could need and a good sized lounge area.The patio is south facing and gets the sun all day with views of the mountains one side to the sea the other.The pool area is excellent with plenty of sunbeds and cover and is only a 30 second walk away.The apartment could do with a little TLC and modernising but I will definatly book here again

Excellent apartment with plenty of room for 6 adults

This property was excellent for our needs. Ple ty od room for us all. Only negative was there were no spare bin bags for our rubbish

We had a disabled person with a us I did check was told it was up a slight hill but it was very steep and had use taxi to get back up the hill as mobility scooter could not manage it the apartment was very well equipped and clean but did have a broken patio door glass which was taped up which I was concerned will having you children and no hot water for one day but was repaired quickly over all very good.

Överlag bra i lägenheten men stranden med alla barer och struntaffärer ver förskräcklig.

Vi trivdes i lägenheten och med läget , eftersom vi kom ifrån strandlivet. Vi kanske hade väntat oss något mer service av den kvinna som ”hade hand om vår lägenhet”. Hon var alltför stressad. Det tredje sovrummet hade trasiga gardiner för fönstren och det var därför alldeles för ljust i rummet, det var dessutom inget riktigt rum, vilket inte framgick av bilder och beskrivning.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Abbiamo prenotato con largo anticipo questa casa con 3 camere da letto, 8 posti letto, cucina completa, in un residence con piscina e vista mare. La posizione è ottima perché consente di andare al mare e ai negozi a piedi. Sulla strada c’è facilità di parcheggio. Dalle finestre si vede l’Aqualand quindi si trova in ina posizione centrale rispetto alle spiagge del Sud. L’agenzia, nelle persone di Ana Maria e Jole, sono state gentili e sempre presenti ed hanno risposto prontamente a ogni domanda e risolto in tempo qualsiasi problema. La casa non è dotata di macchinetta per il caffè italiano (ma è dotata di quello americano). Ci sono condizionatori e ventilatori a soffitto che non abbiamo usato perché è in una posizione molto ventilata. Molto comoda la lavastoviglie. Ritorneremo di sicuro! Grazie!

Clean apartment with well equipped kitchen and great sea views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment. It was clean with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was the best equipped of any I've stayed in. It has a good sized balcony with sun all day and views of the sun setting over the sea. It is slightly out of town but within 10 mins you can reach restaurants, shops and the beach. We mainly used Torvisicas beach where there are lots of watersports. We recommend the Victoria restaurant on the road after the bridge walking down and also an Italian not long opened in Peurto Colon called Ventanas (windows). Fabulous food with an enthusiastic chef and staff. The agent, Alessandro who met us at the apartment was prompt and efficient.
