Discover our beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite), designed to provide you with all the comfort you need during your vacation. The modern finishes and large spaces make this apartment the perfect place for your stay. Enjoy a large private terrace where you can share special moments with your companions, accompanied by a good bottle of Spanish wine. This bright apartment receives sun throughout the day and has air conditioning in all rooms for your comfort.Remodeled with a beach and modern atmosphere, each bedroom, living room, dining room and bathrooms are optimally distributed. The apartment consists of 1 main room and 2 secondary rooms, all equipped with a great bedding set, large closets, bathrooms equipped with accessories and towels. In the living room you will find everything you need to rest and that of your companions, while the kitchen is fully equipped with necessary appliances and utensils.The complex offers a gym to work out and a large pool to relax. We are located near the beaches and the charming fishing town of La Caleta, with its well-known restaurants; Just 5 minutes by car you will find the tourist area of ​​El Duque and Fañabé. Additionally, there is an excellent golf course (Costa Adeje) and tennis courts 2 minutes away by car.Do not hesitate to ask us any questions you have when booking; We will be happy to guide you so that you can fully enjoy the island of Tenerife, with its tourist attractions, beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and beach bars.This apartment is not suitable for young people looking to party, but it is one of the best places to live in the south of the island. The area is purely residential, with modern infrastructure and natural beauty. Costa Adeje has 6 blue flag beaches, a wide variety of restaurants with Canarian and international cuisine, wineries and various entertainment opportunities, including various water sports, nightlife and cinemas. No regrets!

We've been visting Caleta for 25 years and normally stay in a villa, but this was a last- minute booking so we weren't quite sure what to expect. However, this was a surprisingly spacious apartment in a great location within an easy walk to a selection of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. The apartment is well-stocked with crockery, cutlery etc and even good quality washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets and an abundance of good quality towels. Both the living are and outdoor areas were suitably comfortable for 5 adults, although the settee in the lounge has seen better days!We had great support from Susanna and her team throughout our stay and are very much looking forward to future visits.team thr

Excellent Apartment

A stylish, spacious and quiet apartment, well kitted out and only 5 minutes walk from the lovely restaurants and bay of La Caleta. The pool and its surrounding area are lovely. Jose, Susana and the Team were very professional and helpful. Definitely on my list of places to revisit.

Excellent property - thoroughly recommend

This property was perfect. From the start of the booking process, everything went perfectly. We were kept fully informed and contacted during our stay to check everything was as expected. The accommodation was amazing, clean and exactly as the photos depict. We were met and shown around and given details of the local area. It is set away from the livelier resorts but has plenty of bars and restaurants and remains unspoilt. The pool measures approximately 50 metres and there is also a smaller kids pool. There is a nice outside garden area with sun loungers and garden furniture for relaxing outside. The complex is gated and you feel very safe. Shops, bars, taxis and the bus are all within a 10 minute walk. The apartment was huge and well stocked with everything you need. There is a lift to take you to the pool which is on a higher level. Overall an absolute gem. Great communication and spotlessly clean.

Great stay in a great location

We had a great stay in this good sized apartment. The standard of accommodation was excellent. The size of the outdoor terrace was particularly good, it attracted the sun all day long. The apartment is only s short away from the seafront & lots of great restaurants. Communications & dealings with the letting manager was excellent. We hope to stay again in the future.

Tolle Wohnung, toller Schnitt, sehr sauber!

Die Wohnung ist toll geschnitten, alles funktioniert und ist sehr sauber. Man kommt sich vor wie in der Wohnung von Freunden. Die Lage ist gut, kurze Wege nach La Celeta wo es super Restaurants gibt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist nicht ganz so schön. Man guckt eigentlich gegen eine Wand. Ist aber nicht sooooo schlimm, da die Terrasse sehr grosszügig ist und uns dies wichtiger erschien. TV, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Pool, der zu der Wohnanlage gehört, ist riesig und kaum frequentiert. ABER: Die Wohnung ist etwas für Frühaufsteher. Das Haus ist sehr, sehr hellhörig und über uns hat eine spanische Familie mit 2 Kindern gewohnt. Das heißt: Aufstehen um 7 Uhr - muss man mögen im Urlaub. Wir würden die Wohnung jedoch nochmals mieten. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Fabulous property, highly recommend

Stayed 11 nights, excellent communication from booking, staying and to leaving. Nothing too much trouble. Apartment very spacious inside and outside, spotless, fully equipped and felt very safe and secure. Wonderful large shared pool which was always quiet. Only a few minutes walk to grocery shops and beautiful fishing village. Multiple restaurants for every budget, some over priced (paying for fabulous views over sea though). If you like fish you will be fine, fussy eaters had chicken or pizza. Area more suited to couples and families with children (not teens/young adults), although good bus route to livelier areas. Beaches walkable or short bus/taxi ride to busier beaches with activities. Visited Fanabe market, not as large as expected, and some fixed prices so no need to haggle. Siam Park too busy (went in August) and only managed a few rides, lines for fast pass looked as long as main queue. Leave plenty of time at return airport, very busy and queues for everything.

Five Star Apartments , Great location, Spotless with super helpful Host

From the day of booking ,until leaving after our holiday the host was brilliant, accomodated everything we needed. We have travelled to Tenerife for over 30yrs staying in lots of villas and hotels...this was a 5 Star accomodation! with everything you could possibly need, spotless bedding, bathrooms & kitchenetc, plenty of space both in the apartment and by the huge pool that we had to ourselves on most days. A short stroll to Calleta bay offers fantastic restaurants that cater for all cuisines with great sunsets.Taxis are cheap if you want to head to Adeje for a busier vibe. The lovely host just added to the holiday and they went above and beyond for us. We will be returning as soon as we can.

Absolutely fantastic apartment!

The owner and manager were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The apartment exceeded our expectations - it is HUGE and very well equipped. The outside area is also lovely and gets the sun throughout the day. We loved the little town of La Caleta with its bars and restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Excellent stay

This was our second visit to Magnolia Golf resort. Lovely, well equipped apartment in a peaceful location. Pool is huge and well maintained with plenty of loungers available. It’s only 5-10 min walk to local restaurants and seafront. A short taxi will take you to Siam water park or busier areas for shopping and nightlife. The owner Jose was extremely helpful from the initial contact until we checked out. I’d have no hesitation in recommending the host or this complex to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Amazing holiday - apartment exceeded expectations and pictures didn’t do it justice!

Jose was a great host and was very accommodating with all of our questions and answered us very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend this property everything about it was great. Clean, spacious had everything you could possibly need and not forgetting the lovey swimming pool! 🏖☀️🌴

Patting myself on the back for the choice of apartment and resort as we had such a lovely experience.The apartment itself was everything as described and had everything you could wish for plus our host Jose was such a great guy and would go the extra mile to help and made our holiday even better so thanks again Jose.The area itself is quieter than expected but has an array of restaurants and a lovely setting in the bay which is particularly enchanting at night.On the recommendation of Jose we visited a restaurant called La Vieca and it was first class and their sea food menu is wonderful.In fact most of the local restaurants are famous for their local fish so you won’t be disappointed with any of them.There is a nice Italian called Rosso sul Mare and in between La Vieca and Rosso you can find a lovely Oriental eatery called Restaurante 88 with both Japanese and Chinese food .Great food and all of them have a beautiful outlook across the bay. I will most definitely visit again and would highly recommend Jose and his apartment to those of you seeking an experience you will enjoy

Lovely new apartment walking distance to La Caleta

A lovely new apartment with a large outside area for socialising. Shame the complex swimming pool was under refurbishment whilst we were there but looked lovely. It’s only a short walk to La Caleta with many good restaurants. It’s right next door to T3 training centre but unfortunately we didn’t use it as was €45 to get in as you can only buy a day pass.

We stayed 6 nights at the apartment ( 2 adults and 2 kids). It's clean, modern and really well appointed. Easy walking into La Caleta and a lovely place to hang out. The outdoor area is secluded and a great place to enjoy the sunshine. Jose was great, so responsive and helpful. The pool area was closed due to upgrading the facilities so can't comment on that part but it's a lovely complex. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Jose!

Fabulous apartment in great location. Great service from Jose and Roberto.

This is our 2nd visit to Magnolia located in the peaceful resort of La Caleta The apartment has a contemporary look and is very spacious plus a large patio. It’s just a gentle stroll away from all that La Caleta has to offer, great seafood restaurants overlooking the gorgeous bay. and the coastal promenade. Bus service and taxis are close too. We will return next year as it’s just perfect.

Absolutely stunning apartment situated within quiet complex near to Las Americas and Costa Adeje.

Fantastic holiday for all the family. The apartment was immaculate and situated within a quiet gated complex near to (but not too near) all the local amenities. The property itself was well sized with 3 bedrooms, a sitting room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen area. Plenty storage and space throughout. The exterior of the apartment had a terraced area with comfortable seating and an exterior dining area. There was also sun loungers situated within a lovely green artificial grassed area which was very spacious and absolutely beautiful. The complex has 2 large swimming pools with ample seating and space. There is also a gym and sauna facilities within the complex for the use of during your stay. All included. The property is clearly new and maintained to a very high standard. The apartment has all the required equipment throughout and has everything that you will need. There is a 55" TV in the living room with IPTV connection that provides everything you would ever need or want. A totally stunning apartment that i would have no hesitation in recommending to any family that would like a nice quiet holiday with easy access to all the attractions that Las Americas and Costa Adeje has to offer. Jose and Roberto were fantastic throughout from the booking stage right through to the handover when it was time to leave. They could not do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble. I was unfortunate during the holiday where i needed medical assistance for a family member. I immediately contacted Roberto and he quickly arranged for all the required assistance at a suitable and appropriate hospital for our needs. First class assistance when we really needed it and i would have been lost without his assistance. Very much appreciated. I could rant on all night about the positive experience we had in Tenerife during our stay, however in summary i would like to finish by saying it is a first class apartment with excellent facilities throughout and nearby. Thank you for an extremely enjoyable experience and for allowing us to stay in your apartment. Amazing my friends......
