“I stayed here for a work trip - super comfortable space, walkable to a ton of local spots. Will 100% book again for my next trip to DSM. ”

“The host was super welcoming and pleasant. However the cleanliness of the flat wasn’t quite up to par. When we arrived at the Vrbo the trash hadn’t been removed prior to us getting there. The floors through out the flat were dirty, there were feces left in the toilet and mold on the shower curtain. The Vrbo did not have toilet paper and only had half a roll available once we arrived (not too big of a deal had it been a longer trip we would have planned needing to buy more) overall it was……

“I’ll begin with the good things… location, location, location! It literally is within walking distance of everything in the east village. And if you need a car Enterprise car rental is right across the street. The condo was well appointed with stylish furnishings. Unfortunately, there were so many little things that put a damper on my stay. Firstly, there was no keypad to enter a code to initially get into the building. Someone was going in and let me in until I was able to secure the key fob……

“Newer apartment complex close to downtown. The space was clean and we felt safe in our surroundings. Positives: It was bigger than the basic hotel and cheaper so we were happy with our stay. Once we found the pool/game room on the 3rd floor, we enjoyed. Appreciated the hangers in the closet and ice trays in the freezer. Cons: No private patio, the couch is actually a futon and uncomfortable, the street parking was about 2 blocks away each night and the TV connection was painfully slow; we ended……

“Abner is amazing. Communication was as smooth as can be, the place was left in great condition, and the house rules were respected. I hope to host them again in the future!”

“Well equipped, clean unit on 3rd floor, easy checkin and very responsive host. Great stay.”

“Comminication was great! We had a couple little hiccups along the way, but she resolved everything quickly. I also made a couple little suggestions on small amenities that we felt would have made our stay even better. She seemed very open to our suggestions, and vowed to include them in the future. It was a very central location to our event, and I loved how easy it was to get in and out of the place, and to other places in the Des Moines area. We already plan on booking it for our stay……
