「Simple no fuss check in arrangements. Excellent bed and haberdashery. Fridge, T+K, Croc+Cut in a little food prep room was old school and appreciated. Generous coffee offering - a jar, not sachets - bravo ! I save the best for last - there are 4 rooms in a line overlooking the golf course, the lake beyond and a wall of quintessentially Aussie bush - the more you gaze the more you ponder. This is a special place, easy on the eye, eases a busy mind. Stay here, you'll like it.」

The property had a great feel to it, and while very near the main residence, we didnt hear or see anyone, even while sitting in the courtyard enjoying a bottle of wine. 「this Jacobs creek retreet is nothing to do with the wine Jacobs creek. the hotel is located quite far from the major road. room is relatively small. because the houses are very old, and close to the garden. there would have worms on the room floor. barth room is quite dark, though there is a bath tub. garden is very nice. owner is an old couple.
