「The room was absolutely gorgeous but what really made this trip special was a wonderful and gorgeous and thoughtful stuff especially Charmaine K. She went out of her way to make us feel warm and welcome, and by doing that she secured us as annual customers and guess because this will definitely be your annual getaway for that Christmas Eve feel at this hotel is the best pic in all of Lake Placid with beautiful views, clean rooms and a wonderful staff.」

「Our family of four stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was the perfect choice for us! The convenience to town was amazing, the room was great with a nice view, and the staff to a person was polite, friendly, and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!」
