“Overall, the stay was good. The rooms seemed small and the bathroom was very small. Recommendations: replace the toasters in the breakfast area with two four-slice quality toasters. They do not work well and took forever. There were five people waiting to use the toasters. iIt was awkward having the safe in the bottom of the closet. My husband had to lay on the floor to use the safe.”

“Great staff reception at check in. Our room was large comfortable and clean. The bed was particularly good. All amenities including the hot breakfast served were above average. Our servicemen and women and their families deserve a great hotel like this so convenient to Fort Drum.”
