He listened to my concern about a quiet room, near the back door to get some sleep & exit in the early morning; and he changed my room to a more mutual satisfaction. 「Everything was perfect. The only thing is the person who checked-in needs to change his mood before starts work at the front desk. Mentioned nothing about timing of breakfast, location, nothing about where to park the car or is there anything we need to register, location of our room. Everything was blank after get the key card of our room. Anyway, The hotel it self is great and clean. 」
