We got upgraded which was a pleasant surprise but the entire property is beautiful, has to be one of the best places to stay in the area. Slept great, had a great time walking around and exploring. 「We recently stayed at Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa and had a mix of positive and disappointing experiences. On a positive note, the hotel itself is beautiful and well located, and we truly appreciated the staff addressing our initial room concern by upgrading us to a much larger room with a king bed. The spa experience was also excellent — one of the highlights of our stay. However, our experience after the spa at the rooftop pool fell short of expectations, especially for a hotel at this...
