「Staff was very nice and I was able to check in early. My room was clean and a/c worked great, but I was ground floor with no windows (if you want a view, avoid room 100). I waited nearly 25 minutes in the morning and still couldn t get my breakfast (breakfast is prepared on demand from a menu, no buffet). So I had to leave without eating as I was late. Hotel is really central. Perfect to explore the old tiwn with plenty of good restaurants around.」

The concierge staff reached out to us in advance offering assistance and were able to arrange two accommodations we wanted even before we checked in. Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. 」

The staff was more than helpful in the Hot menu for breakfast is amazing. Try the Mexican eggs many people think it is only the buffet but the hot breakfast is also fully included.」
