“The location is superb which is close to an outlet and there are many scenic places in the vicinity, too. The accommodation is also outstanding providing all necessary utensils and facilities. It also provides a nice view from the balcony. With such a reasonable price this place is highly recommended and we would come back again when I travelled to Gold Coast next time.
P.S. The door is self-locked but if it can provide a safety lock it would be more perfect.”

“We received an email from the property management team while traveling instructing us to:
1) go to one address, pick up keys
2) go to second location, the location of the rental. Turns out, they sent us the wrong instructions, so, after 25 hours of flights, we were at the wrong hotel for the keys the property management company put in the lock box for us.
Upon several calls to the emergency line for the property management company, we were instructed to head to a different address, the……
