Property was beautiful. Staff were excellent and we were very happy with the service and location . The only thing I didn’t like was the 3pm check in. It wasn’t ideal especially arriving on the Gold Coast at 7.30am, it was a long wait Otherwise I would be happy to stay there again

Very central property. Walking distance to shops, dining and beaches. Transport was right at your doorstep if you didn’t have your own. Rooms were large, clean, very tidy, had everything you needed. Complex was wonderful, several pools, games room for the children, sauna, spa pool.. all in all a wonderful stay.

The room had soiled blankets left behind when we arrived it was rectified the next day after we bought it to their attention While we found the location great the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired
