"The hotel was old the only area that looked nice was the lobby and the restaurant area but other words it looked old some of the workers were rude and I got sick a little from there food so it wasn’t a nice stay"

"I like to always book here for the convenience of the theme park. Most of my stays have been great with no issues, I usually know what to expect. This time around I was dissatisfied and disappointed with the office, as I booked a family suite with a separate kids room, after checking in, I found that in the children’s room under the sink my toddler had opened the cabinet there were boxes of beer cans some of which still had beer in them and my toddler had knocked it over spilling over and on my toddlers stuffed animals. I caught my toddler just in time before anything worst had happened. I did NOT expect to be opened beer cans in a room that was suppose to be cleaned for our arrival. Of course we told the office but nothing was done about the situation. After checking out, once again we let them know about our disappointment. Always bring your own shampoos and hygiene products. Always wear shoes on the carpets. The towels are a bit small so ask for extras. Two towels per adult, you will need them. Perfect size for a child."

"We stayed at a Holiday Inn Anaheim. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet, which we appreciated. However, the housekeeping was inconsistent and needs improvement. On the first day, we did not ask for cleaning. On the second day, the room was not serviced at all, and we had to ask for towels ,On the third day, the beds were made, but the floor was not cleaned—I ended up cleaning it myself ( the tile floor outside of the bathroom and sink area ) I do want to say this respectfully: the staff seems to be working hard, (Truly very hardworking.) and it feels more like a lack of personnel than lack of effort. Still, for a hotel with this level of demand, the service should be more consistent. The property also appears to be in need of renovation, and the breakfast options could be improved to offer a wider variety, just as other Holiday Inn hotels I would stay here again, but I would definitely expect a higher standard of service next time."

"Had a good stay everything was pretty decent for what I paid for. The only thing was that since I got there my room did smell like cigarettes smoke but went away after a bit even tho I was in a non smoking room but their was rooms next to mine that were smoking rooms so makes since why it did. Other then that everything else was good and staff was super friendly."

"small but honestly , the best. No matter the time or day, at last minute room needs, its always my first choice . Staff is 11/10, Cleanliness 11/10, and you have so many choices if food, groceries, little adventures and other little shops all walking distance. Please, anyone booking here. please be mindful about the construction and traffic on beach blvd. the location has no control over that. While they know it may be such an inconvenience trying to maneuver through that busy road, they do do the very best they can to accommodate their guest in a reasonable manner. "
