"I absolutely did not like that this was a time share property and we were roped into sitting through a time share presentation. Also, the property charges a $53 resort fee upon arrival. I must have missed that somewhere, not sure. The resort is getting old, the fridge did not close all the way so we had water every day in the fridge and on the floor, toilet ran constantly. The kids enjoyed the pool and the alligator. Also, there is no pool table as described and/or pictured. Descent stay for a descent price."

"We had a wonderful stay with our family of three. The space was clean and perfect for sleeping and hanging out in the living room space. The property is very nice, staff is friendly, and the pool and beach are excellent. The hosts were quick to respond to any problems and questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying here!"

"What a wonderful home! Super spacious, clean and accomodating for my 13 family members and I! The host, Angie, was responsive and incredibly hospitable. "Great experience. Beautiful beach, 3 pools, friendly non-pushy staff, plenty of pool seating, clean rooms, great fitness center, free water daily, decent food, quality covered self parking. The only negative we noticed is that the hallways in our area were loud because there was laminate floors due to beach/pool access. Walls are a little thin. But, no issue with sleeping at all."

"This is our second time staying at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort. We love the proximity to the beach. An easy, few minute walk and you’re on the sand! The beach was perfect. Not too crowded and seceral lifeguards present. Multiple pools is a great option. The smaller pool was next to our building and perfect for our family. Check-in and out was a breeze. Most staff members we interacted with were a delight! Polite and helpful! I do wish condo owners would keep a broom & dustpan on hand instead of only a small vacuum. There were a few things that needed to be fixed in the condo, but nothing that inhibited our stay. Chairs and boards were available if needed. There’s nothing better than having your morning breakfast or nightcap and seeing the ocean/hearing waves crashing."

"Great stay near the beach! Easy keyless entry, spotless condo and surprisingly spacious, loved the washer and dryer inside the unit, makes longer stays so easy! Perks: super dog and family friendly, lots of linens and white towels for each bedroom. Quiet condo complex, we had a great night of sleep for all. Peaceful view out the primary bedroom. Walkable to the ocean, restaurants and the bike/walk path. Grill works great and easy to make meals and coffee at home, the kitchen is well outfitted. Safe and gated storage area for our rented bikes. Recs: bring your own beach towels and dog rags if your pup loves the ocean like ours does. We didn’t want to use the nice white ones for these activities. The beach chairs in the closet were all pretty worn and broken, not reliable for the grandparents. They could use an update. Beach wagon is in good shape and sand toy closet is great. Kitchen is well equipped but would have loved more kitchen trash bags, Saran Wrap and ziplock bags. Fine to purchase them but it’s so convenient when they’re included, especially trash bags."
