"Front desk staff had attitude , didn’t correctly state the parking procedures and policies. Said they would refund the parking charge … I ended up getting charged anyway. Zero room service options for families with small kids. Room was out dated and did not look like the picture I paid $215 . I would not reccomend to anyone coming in town. "

"The hotel is plain Jane and no frills, but the room was nice enough and clean. The bed was comfy. The breakfast area was also nice and clean and the food was basic but good. However, we had a room with a hot tub, which was really nice until we turned the Jets on and all kinds of black nastiness came out. I requested a partial refund for the additional charge for the hot tub but the manager was very discourteous and difficult about the whole thing. I am more upset about how my husband I were treated by the manager than anything else. "

"The bathroom in our room had a messed up toilet that kept flooding the toilet water to the top after flushing on the very first use then we called front desk to send someone to fix. Right before heading to bed, again doesn’t work. Definitely don’t recommend places that have these issues. It’s a weekend stay to not deal with problems and this was one that shouldn’t have to be mine, but should for hotel maintenance. "
