“They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. ”

“Hôtel très cosy, très propre. Le personnel est très agréable et au services du client. Nous sommes descendus deux fois dans cette hôtel et ils ont une très bonne qualité de service. “The service was extraordinary. This is not a hotel, this is meant for you to live the experience and it is perfect for that. Location was great, our room was beautiful. Our only complaint is that the pillows and bed had a distinct smell. They do not use mattresses protector or for the pillows. Hot water, working AC in the room, clean towels every day, however, they do not clean your room daily. Overall we had an excellent time and the young gentleman working there was great. ”
