“The property is more of a residential building with 3 floors of hotel rooms and whilst the standard of furnishing and the hotel ambience is 5 star the facilities I wouldn't say are. The pool area is really nice but the raised infinity pool means you can't see it from the sunbeds. Also although described as having a poolside bar and restaurant this wasnt staffed during our stay and staff didnt check on you so this meant going to reception if you wanted or needed anything. On the whole i couldnt……

“Gorgeous. Rooms and resort have all of the finishing touches for a high end resort. The staff are experienced and add an extra level of class to the place. They were outstanding. The food is another highlight. Excellent sommeliers too! Comfortable beds (and they accommodated the temperature I wanted the room nice and cool). Pools were heated and there were always staff to help with towels and cabanas. The spa is exceptional. ”

“We booked a sea view room for two night, we checked in late we got the first night a parking view with partial sea view , after complaining the staff promised to change the room for the second night. After several follow-up we were moved to an upper level room, still with partial see view not as mentioned in the site pictures”

“Super Unterkunft in fantastischer Umgebung. Als wir in dem Dorf in einer Taverna etwas gegessen haben und nach dem Weg zu der Unterkunft gefragt haben, hat uns ein Mann gleich angeboten dort anzurufen damit man uns abholt. Wir haben gesagt, dass wir 2 Strassen weiter das Auto stehen haben. Daraufhin ist er vor uns hergefahren und hat uns bis zur Unterkunft geleitet. Der Manager kam dann 50 m bis zu Hauptstraße gelaufen, wo wir das Auto abstellen mussten und hat uns abgeholt - perfekt! Die……

“Sehr schön am Meer gelegenes Hotel mit gut geschultem Personal. Für Zypern sehr freundlich. Schade, dass man sich so stark nach den englischen All-Inclusive Bedürfnissen richten muss (abends lautes Singen auf Terrasse des Hotels bis abends 23h, nachmittags lautes Bespaßungsprogramm am Pool, etc - aber man gewöhnt sich an alles). Aufgrund der All-Inclusive Gäste ist die Qualität des Essens nicht so besonders gut. Zimmer sind hingegen sehr schön renoviert und die Betten bequem. Ich empfehle ein……

“Great hotel, very clean, excellent breakfast, clean pool area , bar staff friendly , reception efficient Not sure why you don’t have pool towels for residents as non residents can come and use your pool amenities free of charge when I believe the use of your pool is part of what I paid to stay x”

“The room rate was the cheapest in Pedoulas. Although the room is small, but very quiet, clean and comfortable with adequate facilities, such as heater, refrigerator, hairdryer, TV and boilers. The owner is a very heart warm guy. He borrowed his umbrella when I went out under rainfall. And don't forget to take the postcard from the reception for free!”

“Staff & hotel generally excellent. Only let down but dust bunnies under youngest’s campbed which is easily fixable. Wouldn’t stay there peak season as it would be noisy but for the dates we stayed (early April) it was brilliant. ”
