「Had a lovely 11 night stay at Esthisis. Excellent contact from booking. Arranged taxis for us (no additional charge just normal taxi cost) both ways. Owners mother was on reception and was lovely friendly and great information given. The cleaners were also excellent. Cleaned every day with towels changed twice a day and bedding also changed. 「This hotel was my first experience of a spa hotel. The spa amenities are lovely and the hotel staff are all very polite and helpful. The hotel does a great job of organising experiences such as tasting tours and day trips to beaches. 「Conveniently located with parking which was a huge plus. Check in was vary easy and the staff was friendly and pleasant. Our room was no frills but clean. We booked a double and our beds were two twins pushed together. about 20 minutes outside of Chania, but with a car, it was not a problem and preferable to staying in the city. 」

「The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time....
