“Alcanea Boutique Hotel is an absolute gem in Chania! Eva was exceptional, checking in on us when our flight was delayed, providing us with detailed recommendations of restaurants and beaches then following up with us on our return. The location was incredible and the interior and exterior of the 500 year old building provided for such a unique experience. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.”

“Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments……
