Santorini Agios Nikolaos Hotels

"I travel a lot, and this was my worst hotel experience. We arrived in Santorini on Friday night, and there was no TV, no Wi-Fi connection, and no hot water. A young staff member helped us get Wi-Fi for a few hours, but it disconnected again shortly after. The next day we waited, hoping the hot water would be fixed so we could take a shower, but there was still no hot water. I also think the pictures are misleading and greatly exaggerate the beauty of the place. In the end, we had to clean ourselves with extremely cold water using washcloths and left as soon as we could. I will NOT recommend this place at all. "

"Staff contacted us to see if we wanted the “luxury suite” said there was a hot tub outside. Thinking this was going to be better we excepted. Sadly it was so cold and windy, not to mention the hot tub water was cold!! Totally unuseable.We had rented another room for our friends that was nicer with a hot tub that when using it flooded the bathroom floor! Had to use all the towels to soak up the water You can’t drink the water in the rooms so the gave use 2 small bottles of water for both days. No fresh towels for hot tub. "

"The villa we stayed at was beautiful, it was not far from town center or the airport. The receptionist tried calling and helping us with a tour but it was our fault, we didn't say anything the day before. Even with that everyone was very friendly and helpful to us. It was super relaxing and slow. The weather was beautiful, it was before tourists season. A lot of mosquitoes but that's life, all with coming to this place."

"The place was clean and you can’t beat the view!!!! George was amazing and always willing to offer help to make our stay a good one. The guy who brought us breakfast and the complimentary champagne upon check in was super friendly too! In my opinion you can’t get a better view, service, or clean suite anywhere else in Santorini. Thank you George and helper guy. "
