“I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day……

“Incredible property!! WiFi throughout, the facility smelled great, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Rooms were clean, balcony was superb, beach area was clean and refreshing. We were in the off season and our room rate was extraordinary. The spa service was fantastic, pool was nice and clean, the Hamam and sauna was clean and hot! Great place for young families, but we enjoyed out time as a couple. Well worth the drive from the airport (33-50€). Bus stop right outside the……

“Breakfast was great, especially for me the option for a fresh cooked omlette, Due to being a business visit I didnt get a chance to use any of the hotel facilities. All staff were super friendly and helpful”

“Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. ”
