「The Breakfast Buffet is delicious, a lot of food to choose from. The staff are very nice and helpful. View from the room is phenomenal (stayed by the beachfront 4th floor). Enjoyed riding the Banana Boat and walking on the floatable island.」

Only feedback - hard to communicate with the hotel - sent emails to them since December 7, 2025 re: requests concerning reservation and no reply were received from them. 「This was an extended 1 night after being at this resort for 3 nights. 1. Excellent Sevice and Amenities (snorkeling was fun to see fishes and corals but be careful of the rocks. It can scratch your skin. Kayaking was also fun. Other amenities includes swimming pool, billiards and lounge chairs. It’s so nice to seat outside for breakfast and dinner. 2. Price: Excellent. 「The hotel is located at an excellent location, with fantastic views of the Taal Lake and the volcano. The food in the restaurant is great, and the service is generally very good. The nearby area also has many nice places to eat, but they mostly require a little bit of walk. Due to the much cooler weather up there than that in Manila, people flock into the area for the weekends, but that also means the pool may be a bit too cold to enjoy a swim… Overall, I would say it was a very nice stay...
