不太推薦...很普通
櫃台服務員提供的服務很有限，空調無法運作但卻不願意處理。因為房裡濕氣非常重。晚上還沒熱水...但至少安排我到旁邊房間洗。感覺不好！ 門口招牌不太好找....應該有其他更好選擇！

worse experience, Hotel booked through Expedia
First of all you are misleading about the hotel quality. The Hotel condition is horrible. Ice comes out of the Air conditioner. Not a single piece of furniture available in the room except the bed; no wardrobe, No chair. Even they are not providing drinking water in the room. R.O water is given after several reminder. Hotel stuffs are useless. They don't know how to talk to the guest. I had the worse experience staying in this hotel. I am curious how the Expedia is recommending this hotel. Totally cheating. I advise all not to book this hotel at any cost. I also request Expedia to visit the hotel to check the minimum facilities available with the hotel before shortlisting it on the website. Pocket friendly
The restaurant at the hotel has the most delicious breakfast parathas we ate in India. Rooms are good. Location is close to the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent hotel
My family stayed for 1 night here and 1st time in Agra. Easy reaches from railway station. Very convenient to city centre and we found a great restaurant with delicious Indian food. Highly recommend.

No complains. Staff that speaks good English n gives excellent travel advices. Hotel itself is a short walk from beautiful Taj Mahal. Room is spacious n cozy. Comfy beds n very decent bathroom. Great breakfast. A small walk towards Taj Mahal in winter’s morning. What's not to love?

Llegué bastante temprano pero mi habitación estaba lista y me ofrecieron refrescos gratuitos mientras esperaba. El hotel es notablemente limpio y bien cuidado. Las habitaciones son fieles a sus imágenes (¡que no encuentras a menudo en Delhi!). Espacioso, moderno, cómodo y con hervidor de agua y una buena ducha. El hotel está a poca distancia de la estación de Nueva Delhi.

Fine place to stay
Room we stayed in looked nice and fresh. However, there were some stains on the quilt cover. But we called the housekeeping staff and they changed it quickly. The receptionist seemed very happy to help us, spoke very politely and was friendly. Other than that, the location was good, close to the Taj Mahal.

Ideal for sightseeing
Totally happy with the location of hotel being just a stone's throw away from the Taj mahal, and a short walk from Agra Fort. Service was excellent and the staff was helpful. The size of the room was good, very good free wifi available everywhere in the hotel.

Easy location, very helpful staff
Conveniently located, just a few minutes drive from the train station, and within walking distance of some points of interest. Staff very friendly & helpful. Wonderful room service. The decor of this hotel was very pretty, and our room was nice and of a decent size.

Very clean hotel, good value
Hotel very clean, staff were nice. Good location. Close to all attractions within easy connectivity. This is my second stay at this hotel, and the hotel staff clearly remembered my name and my needs. We ate dinner in our own room, it was excellent, and they made the same as we loved to eat.

View of Taj Mahal from the Hotel Rooftop
Room condition 5/10. Location 10/10. If you are a backpacker, the Taj Mahal booking office is just 100m away. After that there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the East Gate. This guesthouse is quite old and needs a makeover, but everyone who goes to Agra will not stay in the room. The only time they get back into the room is to sleep. The Taj Mahal view from the rooftop is nice.

Perfect location and good price
Perfect location, very central and gives good walking access to many popular destinations such as the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and so on. Check in was quick and the room was comfortable with very nice beds. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they could not do enough for us. This is one of the best hotels in Agra at this price. I would stay here again, due to its location and quality for the price.

Good Hotel Experience!!
Service at the hotel was good and quick the staff nice and spoke good English. Great location, 5 min walk to Taj Mahal and 15 min walk to Agra Fort. The surrounding was not overly busy or overcrowded, but we found plenty of choices for food and drinks in the area. The only negative was the size of the bathroom, a bit small for the family of 3.

An excellent stay
Excellent for visiting all the attractions of the city of Agra and is located near the taj mahal. The room was very spacious and very quiet. Air conditioning and shower worked perfectly and WIFI works very well even on the upper floors. The hotel staff was very friendly, and also booked a taxi for us at a very cheap price.

Good and convenient spot to stay
I stayed in this hotel for one night recently, and really liked this place. Room was clean, comfortable and no frills. Good location, near the Taj mahal. Reception area was little busy when we arrived but the staff were excellent and handle everything well. The room service was fine, both in terms of quantity and quality. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Not a nice stay
The hotel was not very clean, the bedding was dirty & when we asked for a replacement the replacement was still dirty. The staff was not very helpful. The bathrooms were filthy & the taps were old and not working. Even though it's a cheap hotel they could do a basic clean to make the stay better!

Simple and comfortable hotel
Hotel was simple than it looks in the photos, but the rooms were fine. Ideally situated near the Taj Mahal and some small restaurants. The staff were very helpful with arranging our trip around the city. Overall, the stay was pleasant and there were no downsides.

Outstanding service and perfect location
Room we booked was somewhat outdated, not very spacious, but for the price we paid we could not fault it. Service we received from the staff at the time of check-in and out was just outstanding and they were very friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is perfect. Only a very short walk to most of the attractions.

Neat and clean hotel in an ideal location
Hotel needs some maintenance, as it seemed little basic, but the hotel itself was really neat & clean, room was nice and comfortable with good bedding .. The hotel has a great location, close to most of the attractions of the city and 5 minutes walk to the Taj Mahal. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

Our second wonderful stay
It was our second visit to this hotel. We stayed this time for only one night but enjoyed our stay. The staff, again was wonderful and very helpful. The location as usual - great! The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent and the value for money was unbeatable.

Sigh. The staff
It's conveniently located next to the East gate ticket office. Price is good. I kept hearing a grinding noise from construction next door which might explain my cheap room rate. They were nice enough to allow me.to keep my bags there for the day. Biggest problem is the staff. Friendly but their unconcerned lack of urgency absolutely ruins this place. Checking in was the most painful experience. I would answer their questions and they would ask again after I answered them.because they were too busy socializing with the other 3 staff members gawking around reception. I asked for the wifi to be fixed and was jist told to, "come down to the lobby." Finally, after 2 hours in the lobby on wifi I asked again for them to actually FIX the wifi. Which they did, 1 hour later. So 5 hours total to fix wifi that they could have fixed upon my original request in 20 minutes.

I stayed in a basic category room, it was quiet, comfortable and clean, the bathroom small but adequate, Staff friendly and the hotel is very conveniently located, only 5 minutes walk from the eastern gate of the taj mahal.

A short Agra trip
Best hotel in Agra for its price and location. The service we received from the hotel staff was warm and friendly. Room was fantastic, clean, the bed was very comfortable and the wifi speed was brilliant. I like the Taj view from the terrace early in the morning, very nice.

Excellent Cheapest 3 * hotel
One of the cheapest 3 * hotel I have ever stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rooms and the mattress. It is located right near the eastern gate of the Taj Mahal, which is a plus point for us. The staff were very helpful and recommended nearby places and shops.

First time experience - excellent
First time we traveled to Agra and stayed here for one night as we wanted to see the Taj Mahal. It is only a 5 minute walk from this hotel. Friendly front desk staff; they arranged entrance tickets for us. Room was very good with good quality beds. No complaints whatsoever. Price is so reasonable. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Recommend for families and couples
Location is perfect with an easy access to the TAJ MAHAL (walking distance). Bathroom was smaller than expected but the room was adequate. Hotel does not have a restaurant but serves food at its next hotel, which is only a few steps away. The food was good and well presented. Overall good value for money and would recommend for families and couples.

Would go back to the hotel anytime
Clean property and everything there was really good. Location is great. We had breakfast there, it was good but limited choice. Staff were friendly and keen to help. Room was small but pleasant and WiFi was fine. There is a nice cafe right across the street which serves very good snacks and coffee, and the Taj mahal is only a few minutes walk away. Overall, I would go back to the hotel anytime.

Great location - close to everything we wanted to see. Very clean and modern rooms with plenty of space. The taxi service to and from the train station was great and fast. We ate food at the restaurant of their other hotel, the menu could be bigger, but what we had was tasty, as well as affordable.. Staff so friendly.

Very best hotel experience
Room was nice and comfortable with super soft bedding and good quality toiletries, but not a great view from the window. The location is good as well, right next to the Taj Mahal and makes it very convenient to get there easily on foot since we have a toddler with us.

Best hotel at a very good price
Best hotel at a very good price and it has nice clean rooms and excellent staff. The staff goes out of there way to make sure you received a wonderful service and always ready to help you with just about anything you need. Taj Mahal is about a 10 minute walk away and there are some local shops nearby.
