「My family described the house as whimsical. It’s a very cool home with amazing views from the deck. We loved staying there and the kids couldn’t get enough of the spiral staircase. It’s dog friendly, has a full kitchen, good shower pressure, and excellent as far as privacy goes for a disconnected weekend away. The road to the cabin is a rough dirt road that takes some skill to navigate from the north side. I didn’t travel from the west but am told it was also a bit of a tough dirt road though...

「Perfect spot for couples. Owner couldn't be nicer and is on-site in another house but separated so you have your privacy. Listing is accurate. Perfect size for two people. Great ambiance inside and out. Location is good as well on De Portola Rd which has the more casual, family-owned wineries. Loved our stay, highly recommended!」

「What a beautiful, peaceful setting in the midst of North County San Diego. Some of the highlights for us included a very comfortable bed and the outdoor garden. A bonus was the friendly four-legged friends that greeted us. We highly recommend this as a travel destination and great launchpad for many adventures.」

「It was a pleasant stay. The rooms were very nice and had an Elvis theme. A clean establishment other than a couple ants inside, nothing too crazy. Great distance from the town, we were able to hear the concert playing from our cabin!」
