「Wir waren mit Hund herzlich willkommen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmergröße war gut, alles war sauber, ordentlich und vorhanden. Die Betten waren etwas hart. Das Frühstücksbuffet war phänomenal! Direkt vorm Hotel ist die Bushaltestelle und man ist in gut einer Stunde in der Innenstadt. Aber auch das Umland des Hotels hat einiges zu bieten, z.B. die Alster als kleines Spazier- und Wandergebiet. Die Nähe zum Flughafen hat man im Hotel selbst eigentlich kaum...

「Checkin war zäh, da an dem Tag das Mailsystem des Hotels nicht funktioniert hat und man somit ohne jegliche Information da stand. Kommunikation über Whatsapp ist finde ich kein Lösung, es gibt genug Leute die kein Whatsapp nutzen oder nutzen dürfen」

「Accès difficile à l'hébergement en arrivant la nuit. Dans l'hébergement, l'accès aux toilettes en commun étaient une catastrophe car le voisin a oublié de déverrouiller les toilettes avant de dormir.
Heureusement, la propreté était à la hauteur.」

「I will not recommend this hotel to my worse enemy.
6 nights to the hotel that supposed to have wifi but the wifi work only for the digital checking.
This is the worse experience.
1-No front destroyer
2-The bed is too small for 2 people.
3- Check-in very hard
4- Hotel is digital with no help around
5-WiFi worked only 24 h for an hotel digital you can imagine the headaches」
