My only problem was the sheet’s thread counts, sleep is very hard for me so the last thing I need is a low thread count bed sheet but otherwise it’s was a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Thank Hotel Nikko will be back again."

"I was staying in Tokyo for my abroad program but during vacation I went on a solo trip to Osaka and this hotel was amazing in every way! Plenty of shops nearby, transportation is convenient with plenty of stations leading to different areas if needed. If you’re willing to walk a minimum of 15 minutes you can make it anywhere from any station."

"Unfortunately I cannot give this property 5 stars as their elevators were abysmal. This has nothing to do with how busy the property was but because of a poorly designed, inefficient system. Waits for the elevators reached 20 minutes at some point, a building with 9 elevators available. Truly terrible."
