"By far the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. We’ll definitely look to book with Karaksa Grande again on our next visit. We were a group of five and stayed in two adjoining rooms, which worked perfectly for us. The rooms were spacious, and the bathroom was huge compared with the other places we stayed. We also loved the thoughtful touches, like being able to check the status of the laundry machines directly from the TV. A very comfortable and convenient stay."

"Gym had limited equipment (cable machine, a couple treads and bikes, along with a few free weights) but did the job. Also, there are four laundry machines (both washer and dryers are combined) which you can monitor their availability via your room’s TV. Overall a modern, clean hotel! It was quite the pleasant stay, and it was beneficial being right next to Osaka station (there’s a bridge in the second floor of the station that connects to the mall that leads to the hotel’s 2nd floor entrance)"

"It is super crowded and rooms are very tiny. To me smaller than usual standard room. We stayed at other hotels where we had bigger space washer sink and a ok size bathroom for cheaper"

"This hotel was not a great experience. The rooms were extremely small, probably the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The bathrooms were prefabricated, like a trailer. The staff was not that welcoming. "
