"Shuttle service and sweet staff!"

"It was a very nice hotel and a room, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, including the hallway and lobby area. The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. The electricity in the room is turned on by putting the key in the wall, so at first it was a bit confusing because I missed that part of the explanation when I talked to the desk person when I checked in. "This is an adult hotel however kids are allowed. We stayed here for 1 night and the room was huge with massage chair, arcade game, karaoke and a huge bathtub and lots of amenities with curling and flat iron. They have a room service for our breakfast as well which was cool and on time.. we would stay here again if we are around Osaka and near the ITM airport "

"Very spacious, comfortable room with balcony and superb view of Kobe Harbor. Reasonable cost, only 2/3 the amount charged by a similar luxury hotel in Nagoya that provided a smaller room. The vast lobby, with waterfall and decorative pool, add even more to the feeling of elegance. Highly recommended."
