「Very small. No fridge, no safe, no facility in room to make coffee , difficult to hang clothes. Hard bed. Good location and proximity to city centre. Pleasant reception staff. Clean. Except for mold in the very small shower.」

「I really loved staying here. The location is great - just a 15 min walk from the bus station and right in the heart of everything. The terrace is exactly as photographed and is wonderful. When I wasn't out exploring Aix, I spent most of my time on this terrace. Check in was easy with the host meeting me on-site and giving me a quick tour to make sure everything was ready and in good shape. 「This was an excellent choice for a 1-night stay in Aix en Provence. Great location. Public parking garage within steps of the hotel. Very utilitarian without charm, HOWEVER large unit, well appointed, excellent air conditioning, very good price. It also would have been nice for there to be someone to carry up the luggage as there are many stairs up to the unit.」

「The apartment is in a great location and a cute little place. The A/C was amazing and very nice to have a washer - there’s no dryer, but a drying rack. The queen bed makes the bedroom a bit of a tight squeeze, but nothing unmanageable. We had no difficulties and got communications promptly about check in and check out.」

It had a great location right in the heart of aix and a charming little private garden and best of all it had air-conditioning, which was really important when we were there because it was in the 90s. The only drawback to the apartment which the host mentions in the text is that there is a very low spot in the hallway, which will be a problem if you were taller than about 5 foot 6. But after a few bumps, I learned to watch out for it.」

「Very well located in the heart of the centre near shops and food outlets. This however means it’s very noisy especially at night. . The streets are cleaned daily so the area is very clean. Locals are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend in hot weather as no air conditioning which was not ameliorated with fans that get very hot in hot weather. However any issues were very quickly sorted by the hosts so this was welcomed. Good value for money you get what you pay for.」

「The property location was excellent! We walked to all the places we wanted to visit easily. The property is dated, could use some upgrades with the yellow chair (worn and ditry). The shower situation is not good. You have to sit in the tub and use the shower nozzle. We definitely needed more pillows. The 2 provided were quite thin. Otherwise, it was a good economical place to stay.」
