This brand-new and elegant apartment is located just steps away from the historic center of Aix-en-Provence — only a 2-minute walk from La Rotonde and the famous Cours Mirabeau. Within 200 meters, you’ll find Les Allées Provençales and the Grand Théâtre de Provence.

The main bus station is a 5-minute walk away, and the train station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

As a passionate host, I’ve designed and furnished this space with your comfort in mind. Whether you’re here to explore the charming cobblestone streets, discover the region’s rich culture, or simply relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

This duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a high-standard building. Every room is air-conditioned and includes:

A spacious, modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and washing machine.

Upstairs, you’ll find a living room with a smart TV and Wi-Fi included.

4 bedrooms, each equipped with a convertible sofa bed (140x190 cm) featuring a high-quality mattress (two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs).

A travel crib with mattress and fitted sheet is available.

An open bathroom in each bedroom (with shower and sink).

3 toilets (one on the lower floor and two upstairs in the bedrooms).

A baby cot and high chair are available for your convenience.

Bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, towels/bath mats, and kitchen towels).

Upon arrival, you’ll find a complimentary starter kit (not replenished) including:

Laundry detergent and cleaning products

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shower gel

Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 serving per person)

Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper

The nearest car park is Parking La Rotonde, an 8-minute walk away (secure public paid parking).

Our apartment is pet friendly.

After confirming your booking, you’ll receive an email with a link giving you access to the apartment guide. There, you can select flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.

A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).
This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.
Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
