Bis auf dem Manager hatte kein Angestellter ein Plan von irgendwas. Die Küchenfrau hat nicht gekocht, sondern viel mehr im Speiseraum irgendeine Soap geschaut, oder war im Pool. Die Wartezeit im „Restaurant“ für Getränke kann bis zu einer Stunde dauern, essen wird da nicht gekocht, sondern ganz offensichtlich bestellt und kommt nach mehreren Stunden an und……

“The premises are beautiful, the man who runs the guesthouse is very nice. Though they don‘t serve food. You have to walk a long way to town to get your breakfast etc The room was beautiful with an amazing view. Though there is as no door for the bathroom. ”

“Booking with you was useless because I got to the facility and they were not expecting me. All rooms were booked, leaving an unused room that was all dusty with a dirty bathroom. I couldn't return because of the distance, the bad road, and the fact that it was late. This issue must be addressed.”

“When I arrived, I was told I have a separate room from my husband. They then gave us a room where the sink was broken and water was licking on the floor. After complaining they moved us to a dirty room which was not cleaned and the toilet drainage smells. Wi-Fi connection was on and off throughout. No communication or update from staff. Last day of our stay at the hotel, we went out and came back to found our bedroom window opened. This was scary. ”
